Dear Raphael,

I would like to call youor attention to the fact that I am not a stupid dumbass. Today, it happened again. Although I should have had 10GB of traffic, plus 5GB of traffic share and Free RapidPoints:7533, the moment I went over 10GB it stopped working and the settings went from traffic share and rapidpoints back to no conversion. Therefore I have a file I really want to download and no way to do it, because my premium account won't work because the settings wouldn't work the way they should. Yes, I read the fucking manual, I read the emails, I read the FAQs and nothing helped that's why I contacted support. And it is annoying, because you are not helping, instead, you are sending me pointless emails that presume that I have an IQ of 80 and bother support before exploring the options and the new anad old interface and the settings. WHat is the use of setting Trafficshare and points when it goes back to no conversion and I keep staring at the -50MB.

Please have a look at the requirements in the previous e-mail in order to
increase the download volume. If you do not have enough points or TrafficShare
than it will not work to convert.
