Now, is that about me...or is it about Amber? :D

Anyway, I am redoing my LJ layout...again. I am missing a header...again.

Last week, I managed to actually buy shoes, yay for me.

On tuesday, I am going to see "I Want to Believe"...I am so nervous.

Anyway, I may get another job so I may actually make enough for living. What I make now would be enough if my parents decided to give me at least money for food. But, you know...blah...

I am trying to stop with two of my great habits, hair pulling and forehead scratching...could these be considered EMO!selfharming? Or is it something people do subconsciously like nail bitting? Well, that's one thing I don't do :D

I find myself pulling my own hair when I'm fighting off a headache. The tugging relieves the tension and pressure. Also, hair is just sort of there and is easy to tug on when thinking. I think if it was self-harming you'd be more aware of it when you're doing it. Cutting behavior is pretty complex, and to my knowledge, it's what people sometimes substitute when they can't cry or otherwise show emotion in a more conventional way. As for The X-Files, I'm nervous and excited too, and very anxious to hear what you think of it, preferably without spoilers. Definitely the movie of the summer for me. :)

That's funny to me because I have read the book that it appears to be taken from... and one of the core assumptions of the book is that no one is a single color. So to have a quiz tell you "You are Red" is an hilarious misrepresentation of what is actually my favorite personality theory... When I read the book, it told me that I was x amoung Red, x amount Blue, x amount White, and x amount Yellow.
