Ok, I need an advice. I bought an item, shipped on 8th November. I had the correct address, I have name on the bell and on the mailbox. The seller didn't provide me with any tracking number. Now they insist that the item returned to them as not collected. I called the central post office in the area and there was no package in my name since beginning of November. Now what should I do? I want my money back including the shipping.
