Ok, I need an advice. I bought an item, shipped on 8th November. I had the correct address, I have name on the bell and on the mailbox. The seller didn't provide me with any tracking number. Now they insist that the item returned to them as not collected. I called the central post office in the area and there was no package in my name since beginning of November. Now what should I do? I want my money back including the shipping.

Maybe try filling a claim?

I asked for the pictures of the package so I could file the claim with my post office for not delivering my packages and not noticing me of them. He offered to just refund because he is "too busy to deal with this". So I guess you're right. Oddly enough, the ratings for the seller were good. and I am pretty sure that even if he refunds including the postage, he would make money on it since it was Amy Pond Pandorica action figure that went from original 3.45GPB I paid for it to 15.25GBP in last month.
